Welcome to Prepped AZ!
We're Matt and Brittni, the dynamic duo behind our locally owned and operated business. Our passion for serving the highest quality, fresh organic meals in the Valley drives everything we do.
Our journey began with a colorful encounter back in 2013 at a vibrant color run. Since then, we've been running through life together, fueled by our shared love for health, fitness, and delicious food. Matt's transformation from college football player to health enthusiast is truly inspiring—he shed over 100 pounds through Paleo eating and daily running, igniting his passion for crafting meals from whole food ingredients.
Brittni, with her background in soccer and running, was captivated by Matt's energy and shared interests, including a love for Jesus, travel, and, of course, running. From beachside jogs in Santa Barbara to wine tastings, our relationship blossomed alongside our shared commitment to health and adventure.
After starting our family and relocating several times, we found ourselves in Phoenix, Arizona. In the spring of 2021, an exciting opportunity arose: the chance to take over Prepped AZ from the incredible Amy Larabell. With Matt's culinary skills and Brittni's passion for helping others on their health journeys, we seized the opportunity, officially becoming owners on May 1, 2021—just one day after welcoming our third child, a son. We like to joke that we had twins!
Though the road to entrepreneurship has had its ups and downs, our dream of empowering others to reach their potential has been our guiding light.
